My process is simple: listen first, sketch next, then keep refining until it works the way it should. I believe the simplest version of something is usually the right one — so most projects start with stripping things down before adding detail back in.

I do my best work with small teams and clear goals. I stay open to feedback throughout, and I think a project isn't finished until it's both functional and good to look at.
